Lovely Weekend

Grandma, Dawn and Joshua showed up Friday around noon. Perfect timing for lunch. We headed down to Art in the Park where there were tons of art booths set up but also some food vendors. (We also found some excellent elephant ears!) Headed back to the house afterwards for a nap. Stayed home that evening and visited. Saturday we went down to the farmers market which was nice that there weren't so many people there as normal. Back to the house for a nap which was followed by a trip to the zoo. Josh seemed interested but may still have been a little too young. Another nap in the afternoon (by everyone in the house) then took Grandma to dinner at Mai Thai for her birthday. Sunday morning we spent playing in the back yard. We all went to dinner at the Ram. They all took off Monday morning to get an early start to the long drive. We had a great weekend and was glad Joshua was able to get out of Washington for a while. He definitely needed some sun!

Help! The elephant got Joshua!
It was grandma's fault

All kids like to play in the rocks
Mason, I hope you don't mind if Joshua borrowed your pool.
Static head. The balloon didn't last very long. Won't say who lost it.

  1. How would Josh get any sun, sounds like all you did was nap, besides that it has been sunny over here all week
